Like our house sourdough Wild West but with roughly half wholegrain and half white wheat flour. I've simplified my recipe since the photo was taken and no longer put seeds on top so it's really just wheat, water and salt!
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, water, salt. May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
Price is for a standard loaf; large loaf (800g+) also available at £4.
