WW with Chestnut
Another variation on our house sourdough Wild West, this breads includes chestnut flour which gives it an earthy crust and flavour. The sugars in the chestnut flour allow the crust to develop ruddy hues during baking appropriately giving it autumnal colours. Recipe courtesy of Carl at www.artisan-bread-school.com. For December 2019 our WW with chestnut will come in an oblong shape, not round as per photo.
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, rye flour, chestnut flour, water, salt. May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
