WW with Heritage Flour
Wheaten leavened sourdough bread with a mix of heritage grain (emmer or einkorn or kamut or spelt) and white wheat flour. Heritage flours are very special ingredients and each person will find their own favorite.
We make 4 versions of this bread: with emmer, with einkorn, with kamut and with spelt.
Note that the einkorn one costs £3.50 due to the higher cost of the flour.
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, emmer or einkorn or kamut or spelt flour, water, salt. May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
