We are back to a normal week next week with bakes on Tuesday and Friday/Saturday.
Wild West Tuesday: Wild West in standard or large size. Please indicate which you want when ordering. Order deadline is Monday 1PM. Friendly reminder: Tuesday deliveries can only be made to a safe place (shoe box at the front of your house, porch etc) where I can leave the bread during the day time. Delivery is by 5PM and the actual time varies week on week depending on volumes and weather (I deliver on foot and it's better for me and your breads if we all stay as dry as we can!). Friday & Saturday: Walnut bread, Fig & Fennel, Rugbrød (please indicate half or whole). Friday only: my Lincs plum bread. Order deadline is Wednesday 5PM. Dear customers
Greetings from France where the sun is shining and the strikes are not on (at least not where I am). There is no bake on Tuesday next week but there will be bread on Friday and Saturday for which you need to place an order by Wednesday 22 January 5PM please. Friday only: my Lincs plum bread Friday & Saturday: Black & White Sesame, NYDR, Chocolate sourdough. Wishing you all a good weekend and week to come. I am baking irregular days this week (Thursday, not Friday, not Saturday) as I'm away at the weekend so we will have:
Wild West Tuesday with Wild West 70% wholegrain in either standard or large size. Thursday: Sultana and Hazelnut levain, Wild West with Emmer and my Lincs plum bread. Deadline for both bakes is Monday 1PM please! Happy 2020 to all my customers. Please find below the first menu of the year, a simplified version of normal as there is no bake tomorrow.
Fri 10 - Sat -11 January 2020: Barley & Ale, Wild West in standard and large size and on Friday only: my Lincs plum bread. Order deadline: Wednesday 8 Jan 5PM please. Next week I will bake on Tuesday and THURSDAY (14 & 16 Jan). No bake on Friday or Saturday (17-18 Jan) when I'm in France. Following week there'll be no bake on TUESDAY either (21 Jan) due to my returning from France. Service will be back to normal from Friday 24th January 2020. I apologise for the erratic supply of bread during January but I need to catch up on that missed trip to my parents in December due to the 'grève générale'! |
