Bread menu for next week

Nice and early this time, menu for next week please order by TUESDAY 5PM thank you.

Friday: PdC (standard or large), Rugbrod (half or whole), Wild West Heritage (will do with khorasan and if I have too many orders for my small stock of that, will use spelt), Barley & Ale and I'll run those Almond and Caraway curls again as last week £1.75 each (see photos on last week's menu). They were hell to make under time pressure BUT I'm not giving up and intend to run the bake smoothly this week! Honey available with any bread order.

Remember this is last week before a one-week or two-week break (hopefully no longer) because of my op on 8th November (thanks for all your good wishes!).
