Bread menu for week c/o 21 Oct 2019

Good mornin' all

Here is what we have this week:

Wild West Tuesday: Wild West with 70% wholegrain in Standard or Large size

Friday and Saturday: Black & White sesame, Lemon & Barley (slightly sweet bread with a bit of honey as well as lemon peel and juine, goes well with smoked fish etc; uses a mix of wholegrain barley flour for a bit of variety to your tastebuds and microbiome). 

Orders for Tuesday by Monday lunchtime and for end of week by Wednesday lunch time. 

I sometimes send a last order reminder on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. If you receive one but dont like it please dont be shy and let me know.

Inspired by a baker friend of mine and the season I baked this Apple & oat sourdough loaf on Tuesday. It replaced Wild West Tuesday as I didnt have enough takers for a bull batch of w/g WW.
