Bread menu for week c/o 21 Sept 2020

Good morning all

It feels like September is bringing back the old routine (all kids back at school in some form - yayy!) and new things we are all going to have to cope with. For me it's quite mundane: I just need to suss out how to juggle the new desk job, the baking and normal day-to-day life that also takes time! Didnt quite cut it last week but I'm sure it's nothing that bad weather wont sort out!! I'll try again this week and here is my simple and pared down menu:

Tuesday is just Pan Marino this week. It comes in one size only. Order by Monday 1PM please

Friday and Saturday: Wild West in large size only, Black and White Sesame and Olive & Rosemary. Order by Wednesday 5PM please

Can you hear my Pan Marino cracking as the crust cools down? The smell of these when they bake fills the whole bakery and ground flour of the house. Rosemary, olive oil and honey: nothing can go wrong with that combination! I got some great feedback on these this week, which always makes my day.
