This week we will have:
Wild West 100% wholemeal on brown rice starter: this is what I baked this week instead of the 70% one and it turned out delicious, albeit much more compact than my usual loaves which is to be expected with full extraction flours (i.e. all bran kept in). But oh the taste!!! Note that this bread only usea wholemeal flours, thembeing about 90% wheat and 10% brown rice (in the sourdough starter).
and on Friday and Saturday only: my Lincs plum bread.
Week after next (c/o 15 December) will be the my last baking week of the year. I will probably run one Chritmas special bread and will offer to bake every day from Wednesday to Sunday included. Watch this space.
