Very glad to be back baking for my friends and neighbours.
This week we will feature the last of our 4 sourdough loaves with heritage grain:
Wild West with Spelt
and we will also bake:
WW with 70% wholemeal, of which I do not want to change the name to avoid confusion BUT note that my recipe current makes this bread more like 50/50 white/wholemeal as new flour is a bit too weak for my recipe. But gosh if is a gorgeous one!
Poppy & sesame: I have become a fan of poppy so might see more of this lovely seed in my bread (and my front teeth!)
