Menu for the last bake before summer break

Nice and early this is the menu for next week (c/o 5 August 2019). We will bake for the last time before our 3-week break so the menu is tailored to finish off some ingredients and start with fresh stock in September. No black sesame left so all sesame used will be white this week! And here goes:

Wild West and Wild West 70% wholegrain (both in standard and large size)
Poppy & Sesame
Walnut
Fig & Fennel
NYDR. 

All orders in by Wednesday 5PM please! Early notice to customers on invoices that I'll send those out by the end of next weekend once all breads are dispatched!

The first week back will be week c/o 2 September with baking days on Fri-Sat 6-7 September 2019.
