Buckwheat & Poppy

Wheat leaven based bread incorporating some buckwheat flour and groats as well as poppy seeds. We like the lower level of gluten in this bread and the definite taste of buckwheat.
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, buckwheat flour, buckwheat groats, blue poppy seeds, water, salt.
May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
