We bake specific breads on specific days (see How it works) from the selection of breads below.
Full ingredient lists with allergens indicated in bold are available by clicking on the bread images below. We work in a dedicated but home-based bakery where we handle all 14 allergens on a regular basis: milk, eggs, fish, soya, celery, mustard, peanuts in addition to gluten containing cereals, nuts, sesame seeds which are always or regularly used in our products. Therefore, if you suffer from allergies please do let us know prior to ordering from us.
All the breads below are sourdough-based and use wild yeasts, as opposed to baker's yeast, as the raising agent, hence the name 'Wild West' for our house sourdough! Our bread making process uses long fermentation times which means that a bread baked on Friday might have been started with a levain refreshed on Tuesday afternoon. Long fermentation improves bread's keeping qualities, makes it more digestible and, most importantly, enhances its flavour.
Except for Rugbrød, all our breads come in a standard size of 550g+, as priced below. Large sizes (850g+) are available for Wild West and Pain de Campagne (see each bread's description for price). Rugbrød weighs 1kg for a whole loaf (half a loaf costs half the price).

Seasonal and Specials
We will be baking specials throughout 2021 and new specials will appear below. We will run a poll at regular interval to see which specials make it to the menu above. Some have already moved there, like the Turmeric, nigella & onion one.
