​This wheat leavened bread includes wholemeal barley flour, honey and lemon. We like to bake it around festivals (Christmas and Easter) when it can be paired with richer or stronger food (smoked fish in particular). 


Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, barley flour, lemon (zest and juice), honey, water, salt. ​May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
