Our festive "fruit and nut" bread with a healthy does of wholegrain flour, both wheat and rye. A slightly sweeter bread due to the pecan nuts and the cranberries, this is nonetheless a very reasonable for your table for Xmas. We love it with everything salty but in particular a creamy cheddar. This bread is baked in December only.
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, rye flour, cranberries (include sugar and sunflower oil), pecan nuts, water, salt.
May contain traces of sesame and nuts other than pecan nuts.
