Pain de Campagne
Classic French no gimmick bread with white and wholegrain wheat flour on a rye levain. This is more rustique and tangy than my house sourdough Wild West but is a similar vein, ie the type of bread that all kitchens should have since it goes with everything.
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, rye flour, water, salt.
May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
Price is for a standard loaf (round); large loaf (800g+) also available at £4 and come in oblong shape (as per photo).
