Like my Lincs Plum bread, my Cornish Saffron Bread is a loaf naturally sweetened with dried fruit (sugar in the mixed peel), enriched with butter and delicately coloured and spiced with saffron. Each loaf weighs 600g+.
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, milk, currants (include sunflower oil), sultanas (include sunflower oil), mixed peel (orange & lemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar, citric acid, sulphur dioxide), saffron, butter, yeast, salt. May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
