A cinnamon swirl is the ultimate treat with tea or coffee. There's a Nordic influence in my recipe which includes freshly ground cardamom in the dough, as well as cinnamon in the actual swirl! This is the richest and sweetest of all my treats but once in a while it does us good!
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, eggs, milk, butter, sugar, salt, yeast, water, cardamom seeds, cinnamon.
