White yeasted bread with something tasty in the middle: variations so far have included Gruyère & Olives and Sundried Tomato & Wensleydale (photo). To make this we flatten the dough out, scatter the top with scrummy bits, roll it up tight, cover the roll in seeds, cut it in two or three, and stand the thick slices upright in a tin where they rise before being baked.
Ingredients (allergens): wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, olive oil, sesame seeds.
For the gruyère & olive variation: gruyère (contains milk), green olives
For the sundried tomato and wensleydale variation: sundried tomatoes (sun dried tomatoes, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, white wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, black pepper), wensleydale cheese (contains milk).
May contain traces of nuts and
