And now our regular weekly treat: Lincolnshire Plum Bread will be baked Friday and is available on its own or with bread orders on Friday and Saturday (£4 per 600g+ loaf).

Beer Barm Bread (weekly special): a yeasty, not sourdough-based bread, made with a preferment of beer yeast, barley and wheat flour and water. A full-bodied malty bread with a good bite to it, on the darker side.Also contains: millet grains, sunflower seeds, wheat flakes. Lincolnshire Plum Bread will be baked on Friday and is available on a weekly basis on its own or with bread orders on Friday and Saturday (£4 per 600g+ loaf).
