Here is what is coming to you this week:
the 3rd of our weekly special featuring heritage grain:
Wild West with Kamut, as well as
Lemon & Barley
and WW with wholemeal flour; I'm lowering the proportion of wholemeal to around 50% of total flour weight for the next few weeks as I've purchased a very good quality stoneground organic wholemeal flour but it's not strong enough to be used as the main flour in my recipe. Dont worry it is still pretty brown!
And on Friday only: my Lincs plum bread.

Continuing on last week with the heritage theme our special this week will be
Wild West with einkorn
We will also bake:
WW with 70% wholemeal
Black & White Sesame AND Poppy & Sesame (same recipe, different seed mix)
and Rugbrod (please let me know if half of whole).
As usual, order by Tuesday night for Thursday deliveries, and by Wednesday night for either Friday or Saturday deliveries.
Can my regular customers let me know if they will want their usual deliveries during half-term which will be the week after next please?

Cold is having an effect on bread so I'll choose browner breads for this week which hopefully will rise better in the cooler kitchen temperature. So this week we will have
Wild West (small and large)
WW 70% wholemeal
WW with emmer flour (yummy!)
Fig & Fennel
and Lemon & Barley.
Please order by Tuesday for bread on Thursday (plenty of space on Thursday if you want your bread earlier in the week for a change!) and by Wednesday night for Friday and Saturday deliveries.
