It's always been at the back of my mind that West Street Bakehouse would eventually need its own website as there's only so far one can go with instagram and email alone. I thought that the Christmas holiday would give me the occasion to fill in that hole but since I actually baked during most of said holidays the creation of WSB's website was relegated to my list of New Year's resolutions. However it must have been quite high up that list since the year is yet young and those pages have just gone live. So, and with my everlasting gratitude to my head of IT and darling husband Justin, here comes my first ever baking blog-cum-website.
And here is to 2018 which I'll start with a visual review of what came out of my kitchen in 2017.
