This is the menu for next week. No pumpkin bread you'll be pleased to know (I'm no fan) but a bread that I dont often bake on Friday. And Lincs back on the menu this week. Wild West Tuesday with our plain Wild West in standard of large size. Order by Monday LUNCHTIME please. Friday & Saturday: Wild West Heritage (with emmer this week), Sultana and pecan levain and for Friday only: My Lincs plumbread. Order by Wednesday LUNCHTIME please. Here is what we have this week: Wild West Tuesday: Wild West with 70% wholegrain in Standard or Large size Friday and Saturday: Black & White sesame, Lemon & Barley (slightly sweet bread with a bit of honey as well as lemon peel and juine, goes well with smoked fish etc; uses a mix of wholegrain barley flour for a bit of variety to your tastebuds and microbiome). Orders for Tuesday by Monday lunchtime and for end of week by Wednesday lunch time. I sometimes send a last order reminder on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. I am going to keep thinks simple for this Friday and Saturday and offer my house sourdough Wild West in standard or large size and New York Deli Rye. In addition, my Lincs plum bread will be available as usual on Friday. Please reply to my email by WEDNESDAY LUNCHTIME to place your orders. Thank you, Emma Please find below the menu for next week. I wont be able to bake on Saturday as I'm going to France on a visit to my parents. For the same reason there will be no Wild West Tuesday in the week after next. But let's deal with this week first!
Wild West Tuesday will feature our house sourdough Wild West in either standard or large size. Please order by Monday lunch time. Friday: Wild West Heritage with Spelt, Olive & Rosemary, my Lincs plum bread. Please order by Wednesday lunch time. Housekeeping note: thank you to customers who pay their invoices at lightning speed, your cooperation is much appreciated. Please could all remaining invoices be settled promptly: we operate a strictly 'no pay, no bread' policy and wont deliver to clients whose invoices remain unpaid by delivery day. I have not done so before but will add a pay by date on the invoices to make payment terms clearer. If you are on a tab but have not received an invoice (I email those individually), do not panic this does not concern you. Thank you all for your custom! |
