West Street Bakehouse closes after last delivery/collection on Tue 24 December and opens for first bake on Friday 10 January 2020. Dear all, had a bit of an anteclimax this week as was madly prepping all week to fly out home on Friday but my flight got cancelled on Thursday so have spent the weekend licking my wounds. No more trip home planned until mid-January now so at least no disruption to your bread supply.

Friday and Saturday, we'll have an old friend coming back from the cold: Wild West with Chestnut. I have just acquired a small bag of fresh chestnut flour from Shipton Mill so can only offer limited quantities. Also: Black & White sesame. Friday only: my Lincs plum bread. If you are new to us, please get in touch via the Contact form. Christmas dates: normal bake next week on Tue 17 and Fri19-Sat20 Dec. After that I'll bake on Monday 23 & Tuesday 24 December with a wider choices of breads usual and possibly a few specials, time permitting.
