Thank you for a good second week of the new setup. The menu for next week is as below. Please order by Monday 5PM and may I ask all prepay customers to pay for your order by Tuesday evening, I'm not putting a time but you get the idea. I dont really want to be chasing for payment and need to get going on Tuesday evening with the levains so need 100% certainty on quantities. Thank you!

Thursday & Friday: Wild West and Pain de Campagne (standard and large), Rugbrod (half and whole), my Lincs plum bread. Honey available with every bread order.
Friday only: Chia & Linseed and Pan Marino.

Delivery in Comberton for orders of £6 of more (excluding honey). All other orders can be collected from our collection boxes at the front of our house by 5PM on either day. Please wait for my text before coming to avoid a wasted walk!

I hope you enjoyed your bread last week. It was a good first week of the new regime and certainly a very full one. As someone who knows me well told me last week "you didnt think it'd be easy did you?" and indeed it's not but it is good and it'll work. Thank you to all of you for sticking with me, for the new collecting people who graciously came to pick up their breads! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Now for next week:

Thursday & Friday: Wild West Heritage (kamut) and seeded Wild West. Both in standard and, wait for it, large size, yay!!! £3.20 for standard and £4.30 for large but please do click on the link to check all ingredients will suit you and your loved ones! Rugbrod (half or whole loaf, £3/£6).
Specials are:
Thursday: Cinnamon swirl, do check the link as prices have changed and available as single, 2 sizes.
Friday: Cinnamon swirl, Challah (do check last week's wonders in below post), Olive & Rosemary.

Honey available with every bread order (£5.75 per pop), runny or soft set, tell me which on ordering.

Please order by Monday 5PM [sorry not 1PM as previously indicated] and pay by same deadline if you are not a tab customer. Note NEW BANKING DETAILS with Starling bank sent to all mailing list people on Thursday.

Delivery in Comberton for orders above £6 of value or more in bread only. All other customers are very welcome to collect at our door on baking day from 5PM or before (you will be sent a text).

This is the menu for the first week of the new setup with bakes on Thursday and Friday only. Remember that we now only deliver orders over £6 in value in one drop, excluding honey. Comberton residents can still place smaller orders but will need to come and collect from our collection boxes at the front of our house (we'll give you the address if you dont know it already). Delivery by 6PM and collection from 5PM. We will text you when your order is ready for collection so do wait for our text to avoid a wasted journey. 

Thursday & Friday: Wild West, Pain de Campagne both available in standard (£3) and large size (£4). Rugbrod as half (£3) or full loaf (£6). 
Thursday only: my Cornish Saffron bread (£4 per loaf)
Friday only: Black & white sesame (£3) and Challah (£3.50 per loaf).
Honey available with all bread orders (£5.75 per pot). Please specify if you wish soft set or runny.

Please order before Monday 12April 5PM, and pay by same deadline for prepay customers. Banking details unchanged for now as the opening of a new bank is work in progress!
