Real bread week this week so 5 baking days to celebrate:
Tuesday: Wild West, WW with Spelt.
Wednesday: Black & White Sesame, Semolina bread.
Thursday: Wild West, WW 70% Wholemeal, Sesame & Poppy.
Friday: WW, WW 70% Wholemeal, WW with Spelt, WW with Chestnut, WW with Heritage Flour
Saturday: Walnut Bread, Lemon & Barley, NY Deli Rye, Raisin & Rosemary, Fig & Fennel.
Please note that weekday deliveries are 5-6PM and Saturday deliveries are mornings only.
End of week's note: I had only a small week this week with 11 breads and interestingly 7 of these orders were Wild Wests. Welcome to 3 new customers!

No set menu next week: you choose your bread(s) and baking day(s) (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). We bake your chosen bread(s) and deliver to you, or you come and collect.
I have 19 breads on order this week so full capacity and not least I have orders for 2 half Rugbrod! Glad that Comberton is going Nordic, keep it on!
