Dear all, here is the menu for the week to come. A bit late as I'm still in catchup mode from my time away earlier in the week. I've got no rye levain as I needed to start all over again. It might play ball by Wednesday, it might not so no Rugbrod I'm afraid and I'll make the Pain de Campagne on a wheat levain if it comes to that. Please order by Tuesday 8 March 5PM for bread on

Friday 11 March: Wild West and PdC (standard or large), three-grain, fig & fennel, and Lincs plum bread. Honey (runny only) also available with any bread order.
