Next week's baking days continue to be Friday and Saturday only. Please put your orders in by Wednesday 5PM for some of the below:
Wild West and Wild West 70% wholegrain (both in standard or large size)
Black & White sesame
Fig & Fennel
Rugbrod (specify size: half or whole)
and Chocolate sourdough.

This week we will have:
Wild West and Wild West 70% wholemeal, both available as a standard or large loaf
and Raisin & Rosemary.
ORDERS IN BY WEDNESDAY 5PM please
For the remaining 3 weeks, I will bake Friday and Saturday only. I'm now exclusively using my larger oven as the AGA got turned down for the summer. The larger capacity means that I need to fully load the oven (5 loaves) at each bake.
I think there are lots of my customers who are coming back from holiday and others going on holiday so I might have to swap your delivery day. I'll let you know if this is the case and if you are particular about a day then please do let me know.

Four more weeks before West Street Bakehouse closes down for the summer so let's make the most of the remaining time. I've got a special this week which I've been honing for a while so I hope some of you will give it a go. The below is what I'll be baking this week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday unless indicated otherwise:
Wild West (large or standard)
Wild West with 70% wholegrain (large or standard)
Black & White Sesame
NEW Orange-infused sultanas and pecan levain
Fig & Fennel
Rugbrod (whole or half)
Chocolate sourdough and
Friday only: my Lincs plum bread.
Please order by Wednesday evening for orders on Friday and Saturday or by Tuesday evening for orders on Thursday. If you are flexible on your bread and/or delivery day please indicate so when ordering. Order by email and not by replying to this post thank you.

All orders by Wednesday evening please, Tuesday evening for Thursday orders.
As usual, if you have some flexibility on which days you want your bread then let me know as this is always helpful if I can group the orders in batches of the same bread. For the specials (Walnut and O&R) I will only be able to bake them if I have enough orders for each.
This week and/or next I'll put some samples of Pain d'épices with your orders. If you have any allergies or intolerance to honey, some spices, or fresh citrus (although the orange juice will obviously be baked with the loaf), then do let me know.

Dear All, profuse apologies for not posting this week's menu earlier but time flies when one is holiday and stuck with a forever crashing iPad. Baking days reduced to Friday and Saturday this week when have:

and on Friday only: Chocolate sourdough and my Lincs plum bread
There might be a surprise in a bag wtih your deliveries this week or in the coming week so please do shout how if you have a particular dislike or an ALLERGY to: any particular spice, honey and citrus.
