Wednesday: Wild West, Black & White Sesame, Poppy & Sesame
Thursday: WW with Spelt, WW 70% Wholemeal, Walnut
Friday: Olive & Rosemary, Raisin & Rosemary, NY deli rye
Saturday: 3-grain, Barley & Ale (new).

For this week, all 5 Wild Wests (Wild West, WW 70% Wholemeal, WW with Spelt, WW with Chestnut, WW with Heritage Flour) and Black & White Sesame are available on each baking day Please specials:
Thursday: (3-grain levain) CANCELLED. We ran out of oil which means a cold AGA and no time to prep the soaker for this this bread. Apologies to the 3 people who ordered it. I'll rerun it next week.
Friday: Walnut Bread, NY Deli Rye. AT FULL CAPACITY SO CANT ACCEPT MORE FRIDAY ORDERS. SORRY
Saturday: Fig & Fennel, Olive & Rosemary, Raisin & Rosemary.

Back to a normal schedule with a three-day week this week. All 5 Wild Wests (Wild West, WW 70% Wholemeal, WW with Spelt, WW with Chestnut, WW with Heritage Flour) are available on each baking day plus the following specials on set days:
Thursday: Walnut Bread.
Friday: Black & White Sesame, Semolina bread.
Saturday: NY Deli Rye, Raisin & Rosemary, Olive & Rosemary.
At the time of writing I have 25 breads on order which means full capacity and some. I sent a reminder this week for people who hadnt yet ordered which I always feel ambivalent about doing as I dont like a pushy sales(wo)man myself. Got me 6 more breads though so there may be a place for gentle reminders in our busy lives! As usual, many thanks for your custom and most importantly I hope that my bread puts a smile on your face!

A short week to come bakingwise as I will on training at the School of Artisan Food on Thu-Fri trying to master the art of viennoiserie. Therefore this is the back to the bone menu for next week:
