For the last bake of 2018 we are running most breads & sweet treats before closing for 2 weeks. Therefore this week you can choose between:

Wild West 70% wholemeal
NYDR
Black and White sesame
Walnut
Olive & Rosemary
Fig & Fennel
Rugbrod
3–grain

In addition we are running 2sourdough specials:

Cranberry, pecan and clementine zest sourdough, as picture 1 plus pecans. £3.50 per loaf
Khorasan and 5-seed sourdough, as picture 2: £3.20 per loaf.

Sweet treats available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are my Lincs plum bread and chocolate sourdough. I will also bake a batch of kanellbullar (Swedish cinnamon and cardamon buns) at the weekend, picture 3, £1.50 for two.

Please can you order by tomorrow night for Wednesday delivery, Tuesday night for Thursday and by Wednesday night for Friday and weekend deliveries. I might have to group breads of the same type so please let me knwo if you can be flexible on the days. 

This week we will have:

Wild West
Wild West 100% wholemeal on brown rice starter: this is what I baked this week instead of the 70% one and it turned out delicious, albeit much more compact than my usual loaves which is to be expected with full extraction flours (i.e. all bran kept in). But oh the taste!!! Note that this bread only usea wholemeal flours, thembeing about 90% wheat and 10% brown rice (in the sourdough starter).

and on Friday and Saturday only: my Lincs plum bread.

Week after next (c/o 15 December) will be the my last baking week of the year. I will probably run one Chritmas special bread and will offer to bake every day from Wednesday to Sunday included. Watch this space.
