Dear customers, we are back to a normal selection this week with:

Wild West
B&W sesame
NYDR
(NEW) Pain de Campagne: some of you sampled this bread last week. It is a rustic kind of sourdough bread made with wheat flour (including a fair dose of wholemeal) and rye flour in the starter. PdC would traditionally include commercial yeast but I dont use any in mine (just so that you know in case you are a bread purist). Standard loaf £3 and large loaves are £4.50. 

Sweet things for Friday and Saturday only: my Lincs plum bread and (NEW) Chocolate sourdough (sold in buns of 250g each, two buns are £5 and one bun £2.50).

As it is half-term week next week we are prioritising family life over baking and will operate a reduced service for local delivery only. If you leave in Comberton and haven't received my weekly email but still want bread please get in touch via the Contact form. Normal service will resume in week after next (c/o 29 October 2018).

Friday & Saturday: my Lincs plum bread

​May I kindly ask you from now on to place your orders for bread on Thursday by Tuesday and for bread on Friday or Saturday by Wednesday please? The midweek reminder will go out to those who receive it by Wednesday lunch time.
