First a big thank you to my dear customers who have treated me with orders for 28 breads last week, my biggest ever. A seasoned baker would laugh at my production since this is what a commercial bakery would output in 10 minutes but I am small, bake with no mixer and a 2-oven AGA so pat on the back me! Anyway, moving on to next week, we will have a very traditional spread with: Wild West Wild West 70% wholegrain Black & white sesame Walnut NYDR my Lincs plum bread on Friday only. Wild West Wild West 70% wholegrain NYDR 3-grain levain Buckwheat & poppy Friday only: chocolate sourdough (also contains hazelnuts) and my Lincs plum bread. Order by Tuesday for bread on Thursday or Wednesday for bread later in the week but always specify your preferred day if you have any (if you dont, I'll contact you to let you know when your bread will be delivered).
