Bread menu for next week (c/o 2 March 2020) - Tuesday only

Dear customers

Thanks for a bumper week last week as I had my highest loaf count ever, 45 loaves. Whohoo! Those of you who ordered the new bread, Pan Marino, please let me have your feedback. 

I will only be baking on Tuesday next week and Wild West Tuesday will be both for plain Wild West and Wild West 70% wholegrain, both available in standard and large size. Please order early and at the latest by Monday 1PM.

Week after next there will be NO BAKE on TUESDAY but normal service will resume at the end of that week (Fri-Sat 13-14 March). As usual, menu email will come out at the weekend and will be sent from the comfort of my parents' home in France.

Wild West Tuesday with plain Wild West in standard or large size

Friday & Saturday: Wild West in large size only,  Olive & Rosemary, (NEW) Pan Marino. 
Friday only: my Lincs plum bread.

Order by Monday 1PM for bread on Tuesday and Weds 5PM for breads on Friday and Saturday.

Early notice: week after next there will be bread on Tuesday but not at the end of the week (6–7 March). Following week there will be no bread on Tuesday 10 March; normal service will resume at the end of that week (13–14 March).

The coming week is half-term week so those of you on automatic drops please let me know if you DO NOT require your regular delivery.

This is what is being baked this week.

Wild West Tuesday with Wild West 70% wholegrain in standard or large size. Order by Mon 1PM please.

Friday & Saturday:
Lemon & Barley, Black & White, NYDR. Order by Weds 5PM please.

I'm running low on re-used bags so if you have any lurking which are still good to use then please let me have them. I'm not after ANY ribbed bags by the way, just the ones with wst.bkh stamp on them (unless we have separate arrangements, and you know who you are!). I've got new ribbed bags and also got a couple of drawstring cotton bags in so you might see these popping up at your door soon.

For the week commencing on Monday 10 February we have:

Wild West Tuesday with Wild West, standard or large size. Order by Monday 1PM please

Friday and Saturday: 
Wild West with Emmer, 3–grain levain, Chocolate sourdough
Friday only (or one day old on Saturday): my Lincs plum bread.
Please order by Wednesday 5 PM for bread on Friday and/or Saturday.

As last week, if you can collect from my collection box at the front of my house please let me know (if you live on West Street / Barton Road and Barron's Way please ignore as you are on my round).

Dear all

This is February already so I hope that those of you who were keeping away from carbs will be back for some tasty bread this week when we have:

Wild West Tuesday with Wild West 70% wholemeal in standard or large size (please specify which you want when ordering). Ordering deadline: Monday 1PM.

Friday & Saturday: Barley & Ale; Wild West in standard or large size (please specify which you want when ordering).
Friday only: my Lincs plum bread. Saturday customers can choose one of these but it'll have been baked on the previous afternoon (and wrapped up when cooled down to stay as fresh as possible). 
Order deadline for Friday & Saturday: Wednesday 5PM. 

Comberton customers: if you are happy to collect your bread rather than me delivering it please let me know. As I'm adding more and more customers, it's becoming really difficult to manage to deliver everyone in time. I can arrange to have the breads ready by a certain time (within reason and in most cases it'll have to be after 2PM on Tuesday and Friday, 11AM on Saturday) so that collection might fit with your errands in the village or your home going time.
