WSB: menu for next 2 weeks
Here is the menu for the next TWO weeks.
Week commencing this Monday (14 Dec 2020). Order by Tuesday 5PM please:
Thursday: PdC (standard or large), Rugbrod (half or whole).
Fri & Sat: WW (large only), Olive & Rosemary, Walnut bread, Chocolate sourdough (has hazelnuts!)
Week commencing on Monday 21 Dec 2020 (order by Monday 5PM please)
Wednesday: WW (standard or large), Rugbrod (half or whole).
Thursday: Lemon & Barley, Barley & Ale, Poppy & Sesame, my Saffron Bread.
As usual you can add honey to every bread order.
It's been a great 2020 despite the many challenges and it's has given me much pleasure to bake for you throughout the year. Jules and I wish you all a very happy Xmas and we will look forward to seeing you again in January. Planned week back is that commencing on 11 Jan 2021.
December : baking days move to Thu-Sat
It is with a heavy heart that I've had to move my baking days to Thursday, Friday and Saturday which means no bread on Tuesdays. Concentrating my baking days in the second half of the week whilst focusing on my other work in the first half will hopefully help me run both jobs alongside each other, keep me sane and find time for the other very important things and people in my life. I'm very sorry for those of you who have been my faithful Tuesday-only customers and I'm hoping that you can find another day in the week where it's convenient to get your bread from me.
Pls note: ordering deadline for all baking days this week and next is Tuesday 5PM.
Without further ado, this is what will be baking this week.
Thursday: Wild West and Rugbrød. Specify if you want small/half or large when ordering.
Friday and Saturday: Black & White Sesame, Fig & Fennel, NYDR, and Cranberry & Pecan.
Honey available in runny and set with any bread order.
