Last week of May baking wise so it's pick-your-own bread this week where you can choose any bread from my Breads page for delivery on Thursday, Friday or Saturday this week. In addition, I also have a one-off seasonal bread: Wild Garlic Pesto Wild West. You can see pictures of this bread in the making in this Update section, scroll down to week before last's posts. No bake next week. First baking days after half-term holiday: 6 June. Expect bread menu email in your Inbox in weekend 2–3 June. Enjoy the sunshine this week and take your breads for a picnic! Some progress being made towards finalising the recipe, probably for a one off seasonal bread in the last week of May.
