Bumped into a Danish friend at the weekend and thought I should try and convert some of you to the benefit of 100% rye bread and Nordic baking. So this week we have:
Wild West Wild West 70% wholemeal NYDR B&W Sesame Walnut and for Special: Rugbrod in half or whole loaf. On Friday and Saturday as usual: my Lincs plum bread. Please can you put your orders by Wednesday night latest (Tuesday night for Thursday bread)? Working on a few yeasted and sweeter fare for December, watch this space! After a record breaking week of 25 breads baked and delivered (we really are a microbakery still!!!), next week we will have:
Wild West Wild West with kamut flour NYDR B&W Sesame and two weekly specials: Fig & Fennel and Olive & Rosemary. Same sweets as usual on Fri & Sat only: my Lincs plum bread and Chocolate sourdough. Please note that I try and group the plum breads in batches of 3 so I may have to change your delivery day if you order it in order to ease my workflow (Comberton customers, this doesnt alter your preferred delivery date for your other breads)! Please order by Tuesday night for bread on Thursday and by Wednesday night for bread or treats on Friday or Saturday. This week we will have:

I can't quite believe that at the same time last year I was sending my first ever bread menu and taking my very, very first orders. What a fantastic year it has been and thank you all for your custom. Not much time to celebrate right now (but thinking of something for the 1.5 year birthday!).
