Wild West WW 70% wholegrain WW with Khorasan (click here for more nutritional info on the flour I use in this bread) B&W sesame Walnut NYDR Buckwheat & Poppy (yes again!) Lemon & Barley and on Thursday and Friday: my Lincs plum bread. I might need to group breads into larger bakes so if you have flexibility on the days then do let me know. Email me your order by Tuesday 5PM for bread on Thursday and Wednesday 5PM for bread on Friday and Saturday. Please remember that it is the start of the holiday season next week so those on regular bread drops need to tell me if they want to miss a week (or 2!). Looking forward to seeing you next week. Wild West Wild West with 70% wholemeal Wild West with Kamut (number 2 of our Heritage range) 3-grain (soon to be renamed 3-seed) Olive & Rosemary Thursday and Friday only: my Lincs plum bread (I can now bake up to 5 on same day) Early notice: school finishes at the end of next week so let me know as soon as you can if you have a regular bread drop every week but wont require bread during the Easter holiday (6-24 April). I will bake during the Easter holiday including the Easter weekend although Saturday will be a light service. This week we will be back to the heritage flour routine and bake Thu-Sat:
Wild West Wild West 70% wholemeal (returning to higher percentage of wholemeal this week) Wild West with heritage Emmer flour B&W Sesame Buckwheat & Poppy Fig & Fennel Rugbrod and my Lincs Plum bread (Thursday and Friday only). This week we will feature the last of our 4 sourdough loaves with heritage grain: Wild West with Spelt and we will also bake: Wild West WW with 70% wholemeal, of which I do not want to change the name to avoid confusion BUT note that my recipe current makes this bread more like 50/50 white/wholemeal as new flour is a bit too weak for my recipe. But gosh if is a gorgeous one! Poppy & sesame: I have become a fan of poppy so might see more of this lovely seed in my bread (and my front teeth!) NYDR and Olive & Rosemary. And on Thursday & Friday: my Lincs plum bread. |
