Menu for week c/o 5 March 2018

A short week to come bakingwise as I will on training at the School of Artisan Food on Thu-Fri trying to master the art of viennoiserie. Therefore this is the back to the bone menu for next week:

Saturday: Wild West, WW with Spelt, WW 70% Wholemeal.

​Please put your order by Wednesday night latest this week.

Just 2 orders this week which was just as well as course was quite tiring, 1 WW with Spelt (like above) and 1 behemoth WW 70% Wholemeal (1kg loaf)
