A short week to come bakingwise as I will on training at the School of Artisan Food on Thu-Fri trying to master the art of viennoiserie. Therefore this is the back to the bone menu for next week:
Saturday: Wild West, WW with Spelt, WW 70% Wholemeal.
Please put your order by Wednesday night latest this week.
