Quick update: I have used up my old stock of flour from my regular supplier and I have loads on the way which hasnt materialised yet. But I've been hoarding bread flour two 1.5kg bag at a time from a well known supermarket chain and although it's not the premium flour I like to use, I think in times of scarcity it'll still make some pretty decent bread on Tuesday. Not sure what I'll do with it but I'll probably cut it with a fair amount of other flour I have (emmer, and malted multigrain) to make it last a bit longer and hopefully until I'm back with full stock.
So there will be bread on Tuesday, Wild Wests of sort. Look out for email on Sunday morning or Saturday night. Enjoy the rest of the week!
