Bread menu for week c/o 26 November 2018
Bumped into a Danish friend at the weekend and thought I should try and convert some of you to the benefit of 100% rye bread and Nordic baking. So this week we have:
Wild West 70% wholemeal
and for Special: Rugbrod in half or whole loaf.
On Friday and Saturday as usual: my Lincs plum bread.
Please can you put your orders by Wednesday night latest (Tuesday night for Thursday bread)?
