Bread menu next week (c/o 18 October)

Another nice and simple menu for next week whilst I continue testing new recipes.

Please order by Tuesday 5PM for:

Friday 22 October: PdC (standard or large), Rugbrod (half or whole), Pan Marino, Fig & Fennel and NYDR. Honey available with all bread orders (pls specify set or runny). 

Note: I will only bake NYDR if I get enough orders for it. If you order A NYDR, please give me a backup option in case I end up not baking any (backup option can either be: no substitution if no NYDR  OR it can be NYDR first choice, if not eg a Pan Marino or a small PdC etc. If you are a prepay customer and order NYDR, do wait until I've confirmed your final order before paying please.

Heads up: There will be 3 more weeks of baking including this coming week and I'll have a break in week c/o 8 November when I have an ear operation. I wont bake that week and will need to see how I recover to decide when I can bake again. This is quite a while away but letting you know in case you want to stock up on your favourites.
