Bread menu for week c/o 29 October 2018
Dear customers, we are back to a normal selection this week with:
(NEW) Pain de Campagne: some of you sampled this bread last week. It is a rustic kind of sourdough bread made with wheat flour (including a fair dose of wholemeal) and rye flour in the starter. PdC would traditionally include commercial yeast but I dont use any in mine (just so that you know in case you are a bread purist). Standard loaf £3 and large loaves are £4.50.
Sweet things for Friday and Saturday only: my Lincs plum bread and (NEW) Chocolate sourdough (sold in buns of 250g each, two buns are £5 and one bun £2.50).
