Bread menu for next week (c/o 16 March 2020)

Dear All

I hope that this finds you healthy. I would like to assure you that there's no sign of COVID-19 at our house and that we are washing our hands thoroughly. I sent out my paperwork to renew my Food Hygiene record this week, which was quite timely in the circumstances.

We are back to 2 main weekly and this week will have:

Wild West Tuesday with Wild West 70% in standard and large size. Will be using a brand new stock of stoneground and organic wholegrain wheat flour for this. Order by Monday 1PM.

Friday & Saturday: Wild West with Kamut, Fig & Fennel, Rugbrod (please indicate half or whole) and Friday only: my Lincs plum bread. Order by Weds 5PM. 

Usual plea about returning your brown paper bags please if you think they still have some deliveries left in them and if you think you can collect your bread rather than having me to deliver it then please let me know (although I may need to review that in the view of the ever changing instructions on how to live in a time of a pandemic).
