Menu for week c/o 18 January 2021
I hope you are surviving your lockdown and enjoyed your bread this week. I'm getting on a roll with the specials so fingers crossed for another good batch of fragrant loaves next week with plenty to look forward to.
Thursday: Wild West, Pain de Campagne and Rugbrod (all as standard/half and large/whole loaves)
Friday & Saturday: Wild West and Pain de Campagne both in large size only, Rugbrod (half or whole). There are two specials this week, an old friend and hopefully a new one: Buckwheat and Poppy which was last run in May 2019 and Cheddar and thyme levain (£3.50 for a standard loaf) which will be a simple sourdough based on wheat & rye flours, water, salt, mature cheddar cubes and fresh thyme. Be aware that the ssecond special is not suitable for people with milk allergy.
And I have plenty of honey jars left, both in set and runny.
Please place all orders by this Monday (18 January 2021) 5PM.
